Zach has always had a passion for movement and movement diversity. Growing up playing most sports as well as building launch ramps to jump his BMX bike and climbing trees as much as possible, he developed a love for all types of movement. At Northeastern State University he began playing rugby and has been a member of numerous regional championship teams with the Tulsa Rugby Club.
He has been a movement coach for 15 + years. He has a bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education and holds the CSCS credential from the NSCA, as well as Adapt certified with Parkour Generations. Zach now spends his time practicing Parkour and teaching movement to people of all ages and abilities.
